We are a small family business that owns and operates our own rental property in Fort Smith, Arkansas. We offer 11 different apartment communities and over 75 houses at various sizes, locations, and price points. We would love to welcome you into our family by helping you find your next home!

Home Office

We work out of our office at 3016 Jenny Lind Road, Suite A, Fort Smith, AR 72901. We are out and about throughout the week, so if we don’t catch you at our office, we are happy to make an appointment or meet you on site!
